Refund Policy

General Terms:

  • You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Not all orders are eligible for a refund due to the non-reusable nature of some products.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Initiating a Return:

  • Contact us at info@herbalovebln.com to initiate a return.
  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and information on where to send your package.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect items immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact us right away if you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect items.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:

  • No refunds on Labels/Stickers or orders involving the printing of Goods once they have been printed, due to the non-reusable nature of Printing Materials.
  • No refunds on sale items or gift cards.
  • Refunds for non-refundable products are only eligible in the case of a fault made by Herbalove

International Orders:

  • Customs charges may apply for international orders, and these charges are beyond our control.
  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned to us, but refunds are not eligible unless you cover the return costs.

Exchanges:

  • To ensure a prompt exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
